He has been working with Saudi Aramco as Estimating Specialist for the last 15 years, and previous experience with Venezuelan Oil Company PDVSA.
Josue Garcia has two professional certifications from AACEI, serving as well as Board member for AACEI Arabian Gulf Section, and certification courses’ facilitator for cost and estimating professionals.
