Stephanie has over fifteen years of experience in the delivery and optimization of major capital projects for global Fortune 50 customers.
Collaborating with defense organizations, owner operators and service providers in defense, oil & gas, marine, health IT and technology industries across the US, Canada, Europe and Asia, Stephanie’s focus is on project production system optimization and control through the application of the Project Production Management (PPM) framework and Operations Science foundation on diverse projects.
She has led PPM implementations on mega-projects to improve delivery (cost, schedule, safety, quality and objectives attainment) by enabling project teams to achieve cycle time reduction, optimal Work-in-Process levels and increased throughput.
Stephanie is also a published author and contributor to the Project Production Institute's body of knowledge, supporting its mission to close the gap in project delivery and eliminate major capital project cost and schedule overruns through PPM as the dominant solution for successful project delivery.
