Ludwich Raubenheimer
Tengizchevroil (TCO)

Ludwich Raubenheimer is currently TCO FGP Gathering Systems Productivity Manager. He has 23 years of international experience in a range of industries. His areas of expertise include Continuous Improvement, Value Chain Optimization, Advance Planning & Scheduling, Business Process Management, Discrete Event Simulation Modelling, Lean Sigma & Theory of Constraints, Stakeholder Engagement & Requirements Management, Organizational Change Management, IT Program and Project Management and Business Strategy Development.

In his decade with Chevron, he has spent four years supporting Gorgon and Wheatstone IMT Projects, and four years as Lean Sigma Facilitator supporting ABU & MCP’s, as well as his two years at FGP.

Ludwich has a Master’s Degree in Industrial & Systems Engineering, a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial & Systems Engineering and is currently enrolled in an MBA program for Logistics and Supply Chain Management.

Darina Zhakasheva
Tengizchevroil (TCO)

Darina Zhakasheva is the Project Production Management Lead at Tengizchevroil (TCO) deployed to the North East Ring project and KTL Switchgear Project in Kazakhstan. Darina has spent 15 years in TCO’s capital projects organization and has held a variety of roles. She is responsible for TCO’s implementation of Project Production Management (PPM) on the KTL Switchgear Project.

Prior to this, Darina was responsible for deployment of Chevron’s project management system across the portfolio of major capital projects in TCO. She has held various positions around Assurance, Interface and Risk role in TCO major capital projects, and has a Bachelor’s Degree in Petroleum Engineering from Kazakhstan University.
