With a career spanning three decades, she has held C-suite, executive roles at eBay International, HP/Oracle, NextEra Energy, and co-founded InfraPrime, a net-zero European Union-funded startup. Currently, she serves as Data Center Advisor for the United Nations SDG-Environmental Program, Energy Fellow and GMB Board Member at Stanford University, Senior Advisor and Operating Partner to Digital Infrastructure investment funds to explore how to move the needle to scale the next generation of AI infrastructure growth on energy policy and sustainable data center development. Kass has led clean energy data center projects with her clients, Google, Microsoft, Meta, AWS, and Goldman Sachs of over 4.3 GW across 21 countries, mentoring over 1,200 youths in data center and sustainable technologies. Recognized globally with elite awards for her innovative designs as a top leader in her industry and as an Amazon Best-Selling author in Green Business, her authentic leadership and clarity in vision make her a powerful force in Data Center Infrastructure Development in the AI era, causing a generational transformation to environmental sustainability. Based in Silicon Valley, she is a mother of two daughters, working as a US Foreign Service Officer and a Neuroscience researcher. She is an immigrant from Hong Kong, graduated from Stanford University GSB, Pepperdine University MBA as a Distinguished Alumnae, who inspires across high tech, academia, and society.
