Chuck Pettinger, Ph.D. is a leading expert in organizational culture, metrics, and performance improvement.

With over three decades of experience, Chuck has helped companies around the world create processes to better use their metrics to reduce error, improve performance and eliminate injuries. He has accomplished this by evaluating gaps in culture, assessing data use processes and cultures, and using advanced predictive analytics to develop leading indicators for many industries.

Chuck has consulted with a wide variety of industries including Bayer, Bechtel, BD Biosciences, Bombardier, Caterpillar, Chevron, Coca-Cola, Cummins, ExxonMobil, Honeywell, Kaiser Permanente, Los Alamos National Laboratory, Monsanto, National Grid, Nestle, Pfizer, PP&L, Southern Company, Turner, Union Pacific, United Rentals & Xcel Energy. Chuck holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology from Virginia Tech and has played a prominent role in writing and conducting research grants worth more than 2.5 million dollars.
