His track record as a program manager and a senior construction manager included a series of breakthrough projects in the areas of safety, cost, schedule, and team satisfaction made possible by the focus on flow and integration.
John is widely recognized as subject matter expert with exceptional industry connections. He is spearheading an effort to create Advanced Project Delivery, an effort supported by the Construction Industry Institute (CII), the Lean Construction Institute (LCI) and Project Production Institute (PPI). This effort blends Lean thinking with Advanced Work Packaging (AWP) using the principles of Operations Science to more reliably deliver positive project results than any of those initiatives could deliver independently.
