His areas of expertise include Continuous Improvement, Value Chain Optimization, Advance Planning & Scheduling, Business Process Management, Discrete Event Simulation Modelling, Lean Sigma & Theory of Constraints, Stakeholder Engagement & Requirements Management, Organizational Change Management, IT Program and Project Management and Business Strategy Development.
In his decade with Chevron, he has spent four years supporting Gorgon and Wheatstone IMT Projects, and four years as Lean Sigma Facilitator supporting ABU & MCP’s, as well as his two years at FGP.
Ludwich has a Master’s Degree in Industrial & Systems Engineering, a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial & Systems Engineering and is currently enrolled in an MBA program for Logistics and Supply Chain Management.
