Matt is a program manager on Google’s Data Center team and is involved in Google’s effort to optimize delivery of its data center portfolio using project production management (PPM). His areas of expertise include: project production management and control, digital design, process improvement, project management, and supply chain management.
Prior to joining Google, he advised owners and builders on strategies for design and construction of projects such as: the National Museum of Qatar, Walt Disney Shanghai Resort, and the Heathrow Airport Terminal 5 expansion project. He also led the development of significant private projects with budgets of up to $160M in the role of Owner’s Representative.
Holzemer earned his Master’s of Civil Engineering from UC Berkeley and an MBA from Cornell University.
