Samira Mirhasani is a Ph.D. student and research assistant in Construction Engineering Management in the School of Civil and Construction Engineering at Oregon State University.
Her research advances the use of simulation and Building Information Modeling (BIM) for construction operations, with interests in 3D visualization, virtual and augmented reality (VR/AR), and LiDAR. She is developing an integrated planning framework that links product and process data to improve planning and decision-making. Her work has been recognized at the OSU Graduate School Showcase and the Doctoral School CIB Conference.
