Todd Arris is the SVP, Director of Development Operations, Google Development Ventures at Lendlease, where he is the senior team leader for over eight million square feet of commercial real estate development and acquisitions (office, corporate campus, life science, tenant improvements, data center, industrial, build to suit).
He is the former Senior Vice President of Development and Construction at Irvine Company Office Properties. He has implemented production planning and control on “ lean” integrated projects, as well as on critical capital projects. His prior roles include being a general contractor, an owner’s representative and working with owner organizations engaged in complex capital projects.
Mr. Arris earned his M.S. in Civil Engineering from Stanford University and is a distinguished graduate from the Virginia Military Institute (B.S. Civil Engineering).
