With over forty-years of experience in the delivery of complex and critical capital projects in the civil and industrial sectors. Mike’s experience is built-upon being a carpenter and heavy equipment operator, superintendent and project manager, CIO of Bechtel Latin America, SVP, CIO of Parsons Brinckerhoff and SVP Engineering Sunlink. Along the way, Mike has earned a BSc Civil Engineering from University Colorado Boulder along with an MSc Civil Engineering, Degree of Engineer, Civil Engineering and Doctor of Philosophy Civil Engineering from Stanford University.
