The Project Production Institute (PPI) announces a memorandum of understanding with Advisors Offshore SAL (Advisors) to advocate and disseminate the use of Project Production Management (PPM) in the Middle East, Turkey and North Africa.
PPM methods have proven to substantially reduce project costs and schedules. Given the magnitude of investment planned in the Middle East, Turkey, and North Africa, that equates to billions of dollars in value improvement for capital projects.
“It is with great pleasure that we announce our partnership with Advisors to introduce Project Production Management leading edge thinking and practices to Owners who are making significant investments in energy and infrastructure,” said Gary Fischer, Executive Director of PPI.
“Given the amount of investment in the Region, and based on results from past projects, there is a significant opportunity to improve capital project performance using Project Production Management methods,” said Dr. Saadi Adra, CEO of Advisors. “Based on the productivity data, and the success of previous projects, we know that PPM will have a positive impact on cost, schedule, and the resulting profits.”
